Ordering and acceptance
When you place an order through our website you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you submit an order you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation email or when we otherwise notify you that the goods have been shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment, we will provide a full refund promptly via the original payment method. Prices on the site include VAT where applicable and will be shown in GBP (£) at checkout. Payment methods accepted are cards, PayPal and supported digital wallets as displayed during checkout. Orders may be subject to additional local duties or taxes for customers outside the UK; import charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at purchase.
Shipping, delivery and returns
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £75. Shipping times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page and may vary by destination. Delivery dates are estimates only and delays may occur due to courier operations or unforeseen events. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. If you receive damaged goods, notify us promptly and keep the packaging where possible to assist with any claim. You have a statutory right to cancel certain purchases under UK consumer law. For most products bought online you may return items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund if they are unused and in original condition with tags attached. Some items, such as personalised goods, may be exempted from returns; see our Shipping & Returns page for details. Return refunds will be processed after the goods are received and inspected; any original delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
